Ayman's Story
A Brother's Vision of Inclusion & Friendship
Ayman was more than a brother to Suhail; he was his best friend and source of inspiration. Born with developmental delays, Ayman faced unique challenges in finding his place in the world. Determined to provide Ayman with the opportunities he deserved, Suhail embarked on a journey to create a community where Ayman could thrive.
Fueled by his love for Ayman and his unwavering belief in his potential, Suhail founded Daydreams-ADCC. Through his dedication and vision, Suhail created more than just a center; he created a home away from home for Ayman and others like him. Today, Ayman's spirit lives in the laughter and camaraderie of the participants at Daydreams-ADCC, a testament to a brother's love and a brother's legacy of friendship and inclusion.

We are the most innovative premier service for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We pride ourselves in providing a quality program that enable those served to experience a wide range of activities aimed at promoting independence, self-advocacy, community integration, self-discovery, career exploration and socialization in the community is what we strive to offer every person we serve.
